Last Wed, when i was walking past the chocolate bar, Baroque that sell lovely colourful swirl chocolate, it attract my attention.
Drool.....Drool...It make me feel sooo sinful. Tempting huh? Cos of its colourful swirl, i immediately bought each flavour of 3 chocolates. Early Grey tea, Lychee, and Cherry Brandy..ooahhh sound tempting that i cannot wait to open thepackage with my shaky hand.
Dinner? So i immediately whet my appetite for the japanese food that is quite platable for my stomach and goes well with chocolate that i bought.
Drowning down the food and clean my stomach with water so to taste the chocolate in better way.
Soo heavenly that it melt in my mouth. Not so rich and i felt the tinge of guilt in my heart. Quite sinful and kept on telling me that i should not put on weight.
Today i read up the fact on chocolate. Facts for Chocolatic fantics out there, hear this:
1)Research has shown that chocolate is packed with high-quality polyphenol antioxidants that may reduce the risk of developing cancer and heart disease.
2)Chocolate and cocoa do not cause obsesity. It is the quantity of food eaten, combined with the level of physical activity and underlying genetics, which determine whether a person will gain weight. Balance is the key. Fitness depends on eating a balanced diet and being physically active every day.
