Manage to finish Aquatlon

Last weekend was hot hot day and it was real intensive treatment for my body.

On saturday morning, my mood was ruined by very rude taxi driver that left me fuming away. He rudely waved in front of my eyes saying "why this big change of $50 note?" and showed his rude expression.

I told him if he wants money or i will leave. Then he slapped the change on my hands. I was so furious at his service. Earlier on, i told him to go to car park F2 at East Coast park. Uncertain if it was teh right place, i ask him to stop at hawker centre first to check out. Then i told him to drive ahead to F2.

He was so rude that left me fuming with anger. I stepped out of his taxi and slapped the door loudly. I gave it "bo chap" attitude and walked off to the tent where many aqua atheltes were seen preparing themselves for the race.

My mood is ruined!!!!.. Emily tried to pacifiy me and i went off for warming up session. I never got angry over this issue but i really dislike any people who ruin my mood in early morning which was supposed to be great for me to perk up at the sight of aquathlon.

My wave started and i begin my 1.5km swim. To my surprise, i was not tired after long swim and exited to the transiation area to put on my running shoes.

It was nearly 11.05am and it was really HoT day. I begin my run in 10km and grabbed 100plus many times to quench my thirst.

When i checked my result, i was quite surprised that i did better than my previous aquathlon in term of swimming. Managed to shave off 10 min in my swimming time despite lack of training.

I dragged my heels under hot sun. The last 200m to finishing line, i immediately gave my best and ran with my might just because i HATE the HOT Sun that burn my back skin.

On sunday, it was really hot day and i rowed harder harder in front of boat. The coach asked me to improve more on my recovery stroke. Oh Damn ...my back was burning...

When i went home to bath, i screamed in bath room. Guess what?

My back was rooasted red like suckling pig...To my horror, i can see the line of my swimming costume and my tank top strip....

Arghhhh.......On monday, becomes darker..hehehe
