PreSS My BuTTon and I am So AngRy

TodaY is friday and it was long after one week's SAVA Sprint race.

At SAVA Sprint, my team won gold under North East GRC Novelty Race. It was close fierce battle with KKH Hospital, GRC National Councillor, Breast Cancer Foundation and The TEachers from North East GRC.

Neck to Neck Race that my boat suddenly slowed down half way. We got into very sync and begin to whip out the secret weapon. Starting in beautiful sync, we started to charge up with full energy and shoot off to the finishing line. My team mates screamed out of their lungs towards the finishing line.

I am truly proud of this team who showed strength, unity during the bad and good times. Blind rowers showed their good paddling skills by rowing quite hard. Kudos to them for being in sync with us...

Winning gold is not important but on how we left the deep impact to the spectators. We showed the triumph in coming together as ONE Team consists of deaf, blind and hearing people and stuck together through bad and good times with great coach.

I managed to get good sleep on Monday and suddenly down with flu and bad cough.

Worst of all, somebody pressed wrong button on me and i was on stressed mode facing tons of orders and warranty at work.

Pressing wrong button made me quite upset and suddenly i took a step back to calm myself.

Went to orchard. Stop at Watson, Taka. They are having opening ceremony and all items are at 20% off.

So i bought some stuffs from Watson without thinking. Screaming off my head, i begin to think and drink in some solance. Wandering off in Taka and i felt peace at my heart.

Come to think of this....

How do you find solance for your inner being?

Understanding yourself in new perceptives wil throw you in confusion and you are heading to grit your teeth with anger. Take a step back and think. Analyse where your fault lies in and what are your shortfalls.

I do admit that i have my own weakness that people do misunderstand me. How to improve myself?

Ask one person to keep check on you or you can be very open to any feedback, good or bad. You got to strive and keep on improving on your self.

In the end of day, you will see yourself in new light. I am TRYING hard....to curb down my language using "I". I must use "we" or "Our".

I am TRYING to keep my pace in moderate in order to see different things.
