What a weekend i had!!!

Weekend is the day i always look forward because it is good to escape from work that can drive me nuts.. =P~

This weekend was really nuts for me. Why? It was supposed to be relaxing but whoa....

SAT=> Had dragon boat training and irish team came down to do training with us. Great time but had to catch up with them in terms of power! They are big sized. Wish us well.....Down with bad abrasion on my right thighs. Very UGLY all thanks to dragon boat (Champion Boat). Kept on rubbing against the seat side.

What is the worst????? My friends grasp when they saw this UGLY abrasion on sunday.

Aiyooo... I had biathlon which consist of swim (1.5km) and run (10km). I was wearing my swimming costume and my friends saw this UGLY abrasion.. Arghhhh

I hate this ABRASION..sighz I have to live through one week of fresh abrasion and its pain of sitting down on chair. DON'T Laugh...

Biathlon on Sunday=> This was my warming up but it was my worst i ever had..

My eyes open wide when i read my wave time. Women wave start last at 12noon. Damn it. Because at noon, it was very very HOT day that sapped your energy.

After 1.2km swim in sea,i was very tired to carry on but i had to carry on to finish 300metres. Strong currents sweeping me away but i had to force myself to swim harder.

Did my run well. Too tired after biathlon that i went home to rest. Heavy rain made me stuck at bicycle kiosk at East Coast Park. So heavy and i am murmuring curse while waiting for rain to lighten..

Bed calling me now. It was 9pm now and i have to ZZZzzz Now.
